The main aspect of this role will be to take incoming calls from new and existing customers in regards to queries on their account, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous customer service experience Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written A hunger and drive to be the best at everything you do Passion for working within a team All successful applicants MUST be able to do 13 days full time training, from the 20th of February through to the 7th of March, 2012.
