A well know financial company is URGENTLY seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Working in a web/Java environment you will act as a conduit between IT and the Business. You will help to create screen designs and must have UI experience. The ideal candidate will be solution orientated, able to communicate with all levels of the business/developers and have a collaborative approach. This is an initial 6 month contract located in the city.

Responsibilities:
-Liaising with functional business areas to determine technical requirements
-Validating and documenting technical business requirements
-Take a proactive approach to providing solutions
-Providing input into technical design.
-Supporting development teams by providing clarity on requirements where necessary.
-Attention to detail and quality focused
-Proactively identify and exploit opportunities to improve processes
-Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technology stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
-2+ years Business Systems Analysis
-Extensive web, UI, and screen design experience
-Experience creating/start up of a web site
-Experience working with Finance
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong problem solving skills
-Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
