Administration Coordinator


-MS Office intermediate to advanced in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Young bright Undergraduate
-Must be able to type min 60 wpm
-Excellent Base Salary + Super + Mobile Phone
We have a permanent position available for an experienced Administration Co-Ordinator role located in Rosehill.


We are looking for that special person - a star performer - someone who is well organised, has drive, is highly motivated, thinks outside the box, self managed with exceptional time management / organisational skills to manage 1 x VP and 3 x other Senior Managers within the business (Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain).


The successful person will take on full responsibility of managing the day-to-day tasks, address all the back office admin functions as required, make lots of travel arrangements, manage diaries, emails, general enquiries. Settle into this role and make it your own!


Normal hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm however, there maybe be times where you will be required to work a little longer and be on-call, MUST HAVE own car (secure on site parking available), possess exceptional command of the English language (both written and orally), good interpersonal and presentation skills.
