The ideal person they seek will be a person who knows how to run ahead of the pack. A flexible person who has good time management and knows their way around an Excel spreadsheet. your communication skills will need to be of the highest order along with your attention to detail. In this multi faceted role, you will be responsible for a number of challenging tasks. Not limited to the following:
Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable
Collating all invoices for payment and sending to Linfox First point of contact with vendor queries and sending all invoices to customers together with supporting documentation First point of contact with queries relating to invoicing Requesting clients to create invoices in SAP once all final data is compiled Payroll/Data entry Data entry of run/time sheets for staff and subcontractors Weekly Invoicing Assist in weekly invoicing process, including gathering and data entry of data into invoicing templates. General Admin Daily checking of the Admin tray, and distributing to appropriate people This will also include some ordering of general office supplies including uniforms.
