Global Quantity Surveying practice with new offices in Perth are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyor's / Contract Administrators for their expanding office.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of construction projects within your career and be keen to advance further within this sector.
There are several levels of position therefore all experienced QS's will be considered.
There is also room for growth in the organisation so people with leadership qualities will be highly regards. This is a real opportunity for you to 'fast track' your career!
Your duties include:
-Working with a team of Quantity Surveyors
-Report directly to the Director
-Prepare and managing a full range of services such as cost planning, bills of quantities and overall deliverance of projects To be considered for the role you need to demonstrate:
-Solid experience in Quantity Surveying, Minimum of 3 years
-Excellent communication and oral skills
-Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-Ideally AIQS or RICS qualified or working towards What is on offer!
