Project Management company based in Melbourne's CBD are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team and primarily look after Submissions. Do you have experience within a similar role within either Construction or Engineering? Working closely with the Office Manager and Graphic Designer, this is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in an Australian owned organisation. You must have proven experience in a similar role to be successful in securing an interview for this position. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; -Assistance with Expressions of Interest and Capability documents -Coordinate tender production, submissions and industry awards under the guidance of the Graphic Designer -Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders- Certificates, Compliance Letters, Licenses -Management of the Tender library -Production of project files and staff CV's for the Tender purposes -Program and lodge tender advertisements -Produce and distribute minutes -Produce internal communication material including information on project wins -Produce newsletters -Assist with Event Management and Marketing presentations -General upgrading of marketing material You must have excellent Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Photoshop or InDesign would be an advantage. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must and you must show initiative and the ability to offer suggestions where appropriate.
