Specifically you will be responsible for training and induction coordination, graduate recruitment, coordinating secondments, HR reporting, assisting in the coordination of the midyear and annual performance reviews, generating offers of employment and maintain the organisation's HRIS. If you are an HR graduate with approximately 2+ years HR administration or coordination experience looking to broaden your experience working in a corporate environment with senior stakeholders, then this could be an opportunity for you. Successful candidates will have tertiary qualifications in HR or Business and demonstrated experience in HR coordination, preferably gained in a corporate environment. You will have excellent customer service skills and approach and have the ability to build relationships at all levels.
