Design & Build are currently recruiting for a boutique Australian consulting firm that provides a range of services. This company requires a mid level Programmer / Scheduler to be based in their busy Sydney office. This person will be responsible for working across a range of planning and project management duties over a number of sectors.
Ideally you will come from a Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Construction background and have around 4-5 years experience working in a similar position. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to write concise reports and be a comfortable communicator verbally. This role is well suited to a person who is currently working for a Builder looking for a move to a consultancy - who has a solid understanding of how the project lifecycle runs from inception to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be working for a repeatable organisation who can offer a very busy workload with varied and interesting projects. The role is due to start in January although for the right person could start immediately.
