-Economic and Evaluation Branch -Baseline Security Clearance preferred Our client is looking for a number of APS5/6 Policy Officers to work in a small and diverse team environment specialising in economic analysis. The successful applicant will have a background in policy support and development. Tertiary qualifications in Economics or a related field will be highly regarded. The duties of this position will include: -Economic research, analysis and reporting that supports the development of high-level policy advice; -Providing high order administrative support; -Contribution to the development of complex correspondence, briefs, analyses and submissions; and -Other tasks as directed. The successful applicant will have skills and experience in the following areas: -Sound organisational and administrative skills; -High level written and verbal communication skills; -Analytical and research skills and the ability these skills to support policy; and -Experience in economic policy development would be highly regarded. You must be an Australian Citizens and either hold or be eligible for a Baseline (Protected) or higher security clearance .
