You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members and employers regarding their superannuation plans. You will need to provide an excellent service and assist clients in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. You will need - -Fantastic customer service skills and experience . -Experience working in a Call Centre environment. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills . -Team focused attitude. -Superannuation knowledge would be an advantage . -Working knowledge of computer software applications . -Strong numeracy ability and high attention to detail . -Previous experience in Financial Services is essential.
