Reporting to the Facility Manager you will be responsible for leading your team, delivering excellent quality care whilst meeting all aged care standards With your prior experience in Aged Care, you will demonstrate strong clinical skills as well as organisational abilities. Your people management skills should be collaborative and nurturing, allowing you to develop those around you. Ideally you will have good administration skills and previous exposure to accreditations. We want someone to add value to our organisation through visionary leadership, staff motivation and best practice delivery.
