Key Responsibilities: -Supervise Outbound operations (pick, pack & ship)
-Supervise Urgent Order processing
-Communicate Performance vs Target - daily
-Supervise teams to ensure operational targets are achieved
-Maintain daily focus on Warehouse housekeeping
-Minimise overtime worked without compromising daily targets
-Identify process improvement opportunities
-Promote and Manage Warehouse OH&S practices, principles and expectations
To be successful for this position, you will have: -Logistics, warehousing or equivalent qualifications/experience
-Supervisory experience - Preferably of a Unionised workforce
-Project Management within a Warehouse environment
-Strong leadership skills with a drive for results
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Analytical skills - preferably knowledge of Six Sigma principles
-Ability to have a positive influence in a team environment
