Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader who has worked in the mortgage industry.

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the efficient day to day running of the team's work volumes, allocations and service levels. You will support your manager to enable delivery of a cost efficient business and identifies ways to maximise productivity.

You will:

-Demonstrate and implement an effective communication method with your team
-Ensure cross boundary connection with all teams in the department
-Ensure Client levels are met or exceeded
-Monitor staff to ensure poor performance is managed promptly and properly, ensure targets are met
-Provide high levels of customer service to clients at all times by improving procedures andimplementing best practice
-Deliver KPI/benchmark/team reporting
-Assist Manager your manager with implementation of strategic and departmental projects as directed;
-Foster and encourage a continuous improvement environment;
You will be:

-First point of contact for team members
-First point of contact for clients to escalate urgent matters
-Actioning and respond to complaints
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in supervising and leading a team of 6 or more people coupled with strong exposure to the Mortgage industry.
