Our client is a specialist in electrical infrastructure contracting company who are looking to treble their turnover over the next five years. Due to ongoing project demands, they are looking employ an experienced Level 3 ASP designer to join their design team based in Western Sydney. Naturally, you'll already have a first-class track record in design, planning, problem solving, time management, multi-tasking, and technical leadership skills ideally within a similar contracting or consultancy environment. Highly organised in your approach, you'll know how to prioritise a range of (often conflicting) tasks efficiently and effectively. What's more, with great communication skills, you'll thrive under pressure and have the strength of personality to 'push back' when required. And, with loads of initiative, you'll be eager to make the right decisions in order to get things done. Duties: -Produce thoroughly researched design solutions on each project (including design calculations) -Ensure that all designs are co-ordinated between disciplines. -Ensure that all designs meet statutory and regulatory requirements on each and every project. -Assist with the documentation process by providing clear mark-ups -Assist the design manager with the planning and programming of relevant projects In return for this, you will be exposed to a wide range of projects where each one will differ from the last.
