Our client is a household name within the Banking, Finance and Insurance industry. Due to extensive growth in work volumes we are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Credit Analyst to come on board for an ongoing temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity to come on board with this friendly bank where you will receive fantastic training and can become part of a small and friendly team.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for assessing the risk of home loan applications and ensuring that all lending decisions are executed in line within the companies credit policies. You will also be responsible for liaising with brokers and internal staff, receiving applications, extracting necessary information and manually assessing and approving complex loan applications.

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years experience working in a credit assessor role, with ideally at least 2 years experience assessing self employed deals. As you will be working on prime lending deals from retail clients and a lot of the referrals will come from financial planners we can only consider candidates with experience in this area.
The successful applicant will also have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and will be able to advise customers with regards to restructuring loans and alternative options where available.
