This leading Insurance company has operations in over 150 international locations. They are currently seeking an experienced CTP Claims team manager who has the ability to lead two personal injury claims teams by overseeing the work of their team leaders.

The role would involve:

-Managing the team leaders who in turn manage two of the largest CTP claims teams
-Ensuring Statutory compliance across NSW CTP claims team
-Acting as the company industry representative
-Maximizing business growth through maintaining expenses, claims loss cost management, and claims service
-Ensuring the team achieves their annual targets with a particular focus on coaching, training and contributing to the overall improvement of their team leaders.
