Job Description
Your role would be to lead a team of 8 dynamic telephone based sales representatives offering a range of courses and training programs for professionals entering the IT&T industry. From graduates looking to gain a Bachelor of Technology, professionals looking to attain CISCO and MCSE accreditation, to individuals looking to brush up on Microsoft Office; you would be dealing with a variety of people and personalities and must be able to adjust accordingly to communicate effectively, and lead your team to communicate effectively, with the ultimate goal of providing a higher level of sales service.
The Successful Applicant
-Strong previous team management/supervision experience within an IT sales environment
-A "can do" attitude to enthuse, inspire and motivate your team
-Proven success at meeting and exceeding sales targets
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel a must)
-SAP experience highly regarded
