This one month opportunity to work for a well respected Finance company has arisen due to annual leave cover. Working within a large team, after a brief handover period this Team Assistant will be required to hit the ground running. Supporting a team of 11 this will be an extremely varied position.The daily duties of the position include: -Providing day to day assistance to the manager and team -Diary management -Providing support to other teams across the floor and being the go to person -Creating Word documents and PowerPoint presentations -Organising and setting up conference calls -Event management, e.g. organising lunches, dinners and conferences -Managing and reconciling expense claims -General administration support to the team The successful candidate needs to have previous experience within Financial Services, and the ability to get the job done. They must have exceptional time management skills and have the ability to work under pressure. This position will suit an individual who has a high level of computer literacy and an open mind.
