As the Service Engineer you must have:
-Strong knowledge and experience configuring and supporting Windows Server 2003 and 2008 as well as Exchange Server
-Experience of (AD) Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
-Solid knowledge and experience in VMware and storage infrastructure is required
-Solid experience providing superior remote and face-to-face support to multiple users and clients.As the Service Engineer you must possess:
-Experience across multiple client sites with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Superior customer service skills
-The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
