Transition Manager
International leader in the resources sector. Premier Global company which is going through significant growth and development within Australia, Perth.
Due to change and growth within the company they now require the services of a Transition Manager. There are many changes occurring within the company that will put considerable pressure on the capacity and capability of there information management service delivery model. This role will be critical in the changes of Transition from Contract Mining to Owner Operator, Operating Technology Support, Move of location.
Reporting to the IT manager - Service Delivery. The Transition Manager will work with internal and external service provider teams and oversee the entire transition programme.
Experience and skills necessary to complete the role:
* Extensive experience in Cutover or Transition projects, preferably within a Project Management capacity;
* Experience in developing and maintaining transition plans for entire projects;
* Qualifications in a formal Project Management framework is highly desirable;
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate transition of relevant services and operations to an outsourced provider.
Can demonstrate planning, coordination and execution of the critical GO Live activities for outsourcing and change programs.
Must have excellent supplier management and stakeholder management skills.
Can demonstrate leadership of change that combines organisational and people impacts, systems and processes.
