In search for a Residential Estimator with the minimum 3 - 4 years experience. Our client is a well respected and busy project home builder based in Maitland who is continuously growing in staff and number of homes they build each year. The right candidate they seek must have experience in working with a residential builder with a proven track record in production estimating ideally with some experience in purchasing. Proficiency in estimating packages such as Timerline or Databuild is highly desired. This diverse role will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to report to a senior estimator creating tender packages for medium to high end homes around the Newcastle and Maitland regions. Also you will have the responsibility of purchase management liaising with different suppliers and contractors. The salary is open for negotiations and will be based on experience. On-going training is offered plus yearly bonuses are already in place.
