Accounts Payable Officer Job in Australian Capital Territory, Australia

This role will be well suited to a focussed, team player, with a customer service orientation who enjoys working in a friendly but busy environment.

Key Activities will include:

-Processing Accounts Payable invoices including follow-up
-Liaising with vendors and internal business units
-Reconciliation of creditor accounts
-Assist with auditing and processing employee related expenses
-Responding to internal and external queries
-Assist with the completion of the Accounts Payable payment runs
-Other adhoc duties as required
Essential Requirements:

-Previous experience in a full function, high volume Accounts Payable role
-Experience using SAP financials
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong numeracy skills with a high attention to detail.
-Demonstrated organisational & time management skills.
-Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel.
This role will be ideally suited to some-one who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy environment who is flexible, adaptable and has a resilient approach. Working full time hours and starting immediately, this assignment is expected to run for around 8-10 weeks.
