Our client is a leading Mid Tier Commercial Building Contractor who employ over 100 staff and have been established for around 20 years. They have a strong reputation for delivering projects on time with integrity. Due to an expansion in projects they are looking to add an intermediate level Contract Administrator to their current team. To qualify for this opportunity, they are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience working as a Contract Administrator on Commercial projects ranging around $5M - $30M in value and has exceptional communication, organisation and people skills, with an impressive track record working for a similar organisation. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of Buildsoft, Jobpac is aslo highly desired. In return for this, you will be exposed to a wide range of projects where each one will differ from the last.
