To be eligible for one of these highly regarded positions, you need to possess the following: -Strong and proven contact centre experience -Any experience within the financial services industry (super, insurance, banking, investments) is an advantage -Clear communication skills (both oral and written) with customer rapport building abilities -Attention to detail with strong problem solving -A strong work ethic, with a proven track record of commitment and reliability -A can do attitude with a real willingness to be successful with your career in financial services -Any exposure to outbound contact centre sales, promotions or business retention is a viable alternative (regardless of industry).
