JOB ROLE This role will see you driving new business sales into your predefined territory which does have some existing/active accounts but most of the time you will be finding new business opportunities and converting them to repeat sales. As you gain momentum in this position you will establish a strong, regular client base that will see you evolve more of an account management role. You will have complete freedom to negotiate price points within a given framework to maximise sales and your margin results. EXPERIENCE You must have at least 1yr external business to business sales experience. Ideally you will have some exposure or understanding of the chemical industry but this is not essential. As long as you have a great level of enthusiasm and passion for sales and back yourself to get results we will consider your application. Attitude is everything and we can train you in the rest. SALARY The salary on offer is a generous base salary + car allowance as well as commissions which are uncapped. The commissions are aggressively structured to guarantee lucrative overall earnings in excess of $140K OTE which is being overachieved by most of our reps.
