Our client is a well established Property Management agency has a great reputation in Melbourne's exclusive Bayside & is now seeking a Business Development manager dedicated to continuing to grow their rent roll. This role is an ideal step for a Sales Consultant looking for more security, or an experienced Property Manager who no longer wants to manage a portfolio & doesn't want their earnings capped.
As a Business Development Manager your role will include:
-Actively sourcing new listings for the rent roll
-Arranging and conducting rental appraisals
-Marketing of properties listed for lease
-Liaising with tenants and landlords
-Coordinating marketing of Property Management services
-Develop and implementing new business development initiatives and strategies The successful candidate will have:
-Residential Real Estate experience in Sales or Property Management
-Outstanding communication skills
-A demonstrated ability to meet targets and KPIs
-A passion for Real Estate & a hunger to succeed
-First class negotiation skills and an infectious enthusiasm
-A desire to earn the BIG BUCKS Eligibility Criteria:
-An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement)
-A reliable car
-Drivers licence A competitive base salary is on offer as well as very generous bonuses for growth (OTE $80K+)
