| Customer Service Officer Expert required for immediate start in the trucking/supply industry. Experience in sales, purchasing and warehousing would be desirable. Responsibilities;
-Managing all aspects of branch internal, external sales
-Purchasing operations
-Maintaining Customer/Supplier relationships
-Respond to internal and external enquires via, email, phone and face to face
-Manage Customer Orders and data entry
-Database management
-Inventory control
-Provide customers with quotes and product support
-Reporting of sales budges results to Manager on weekly basis
-Perform general administration duties
-Assist in the picking and packing of parts in the warehouse as required
-Handle and resolve customer complaints
-Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
-Support other departments as required Attributes;
-Excellent attention to detail
-Flexible and reliable
-Strong work ethics
-Problem solving skills
