We are currently seeking an experience Desk-side Technician to join our 'shared services' department. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and energetic team working with state of the art technology. Also, comprehensive training and support will also be provided for the right candidate. Key Experience required: -Act as the first point of contact for the IT Department, providing ownership and closure to incidents and service requests logged. -Research, resolve and respond to questions, problems or issues related to IT systems and telephony. -Work in an autonomous position to ensure smooth support and delivery of all systems -Require someone who'll do hands-on deskside support! Key Skills and Requirements: -Experience in Level 2 Desktop support essential -Experience with Microsoft Server and Desktop technologies (Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 7/XP and Office 2003/2007) -Citrix XenApp administration experience -Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. -Must be able to work independently when required, but also be able to contribute as part of a team.
