Job Description In this senior sales role, you will be responsible for achieving state target numbers across volume, value and share and will motivate and manage a team of representatives to help achieve these goals. You will work closely with the Field Sales Director to develop local strategy and report back on success and new opportunities for growth. Additionally you will be responsible for managing and agreeing above and below the line state activity and for monitoring consumer activity and trends. The Successful Applicant An exceptional communicator with advanced negotiation skills, you will be able to demonstrate your leadership capabilities and commercial acumen. You will have strong numerical and presentation skills, have a good understanding of retailer and consumer needs and this will be coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales management ideally within an FMCG or similar retail focused industry.
