Lead by youthful Principals that are progressive, highly successful and encourage development amongst their staff, this office environment is unsurpassed for those wanting a long-term (and FUN) career in real estate.Seeking a highly motivated and efficient senior property manager to take on the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio of 300 properties, the successful candidate will also oversee a Property Officer and Leasing Executive and in addition will have the support of a dedicated trust accountant being on hand for all accounting and in dept enquiries. You will also be encouraged to grow the portfolio and be rewarded generously for your efforts. Your busy and varied day will include, but not be limited to: -Day-to-day management of a residential portfolio of 300 properties
-Oversee the Property Officer and Leasing Executive
-Arrears minimisation, repairs & maintenance
-Ingoing, outgoing & periodic inspections
-Maintain and build on the already very strong client relationships
To be considered for this role, you must display the following: -Immaculate presentation and ability to communicate succinctly
-Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage your own portfolio
-Positive attitude and professional demeanour
-Current NSW Cert of Registration, driver s license and vehicle
