| As part of a business transformation project, we are seeking a Lead Trainer to take ownership of the current ERP system and provide process based training to all users involved. The objective is to maximise the use of the ERP system and align it with the existing business processes. Experience with any large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Ellipse) would be highly favourable.
Key Deliverables:
-Develop Learning Guide content for selected modules in consultation with the Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts assigned to the modules.
-Develop Process/Role Based training courses for selected modules with guidance from the Project Team.
-Modify and update Learning Guide content when feedback is received from the Project Team and Business.
-Develop Trainers Manual for training courses in selected modules & deliver UAT Training for selected modules.
-Review and modify courses and Learning Guide content based on feedback received from UAT.
-Deliver and participate in Train the Trainer training for selected modules.
-Provide delivery of training to regional staff pre and post Go Live of the system.
-Travel will be required to the districts for training which will require you to be away from home for a certain period of time.
-Provide support to staff on the application post Go Live of the system.
-Record staff attendance at training sessions and send through Attendance Sheets to Training Manager on a daily basis.
-Ensure staff complete Feedback Forms at the end of every training session.
