Our client is a leading and reputed Australian broker who is seeking an account manager for their commercial team. The major focus of your role would be relationship building and promotion of the brand and the company. You would be mentoring and training staff members within the commercial team. The role isn't target driven but wants you to focus on building strong relationships and you would be managing your own portfolio of commercial business. Your responsibilities will also include giving technical advice to brokers, for managing a portfolio of key clients and generating new business for the company.

This role will ideally suit a person with extensive commercial broking experience or business development experience from an insurer.
