Your day to day responsibilities will include:
· Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers
· Cross-selling to existing customers with some (Warm) outbound calls
· Adhering to set KPI's
· Complaints handling
· General Administration
Desired skills and experience:
· 1+ years within a Customer Service or Call Centre role
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Great time management and ability to multi- task
· Flexible availability, 24/7 rotating shifts
