This will include; -Building business cases on viable options based on customer insights and analytics, developing pricing and tariff plans and reviewing the prospective return on Investment. -You will be required to liaise extensively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholder at all levels -You will need to work commercially around a heavily regulated industry with highly defined legal frameworks, successfully getting sign off on proposed products. The Successful Applicant -New product development experience is absolutely essential - the capability to scope out new product segments, build a business case based on in depth customer insights & analytics, propensity modelling and pricing. -Exposure working in a service based, heavily regulated industry is also essential - preferably in Utilities, Finance Services or Telecommunications.
