? A small, dynamic law firm located in the CBD seeks to appoint an Office Manager. Commencing in February, you will be an integral part of a small team and your knowledge of VCAT procedures and experience in the area of planning & environment or at least an experience working in a law office will be highly regarded although not essential. Ideally you will be a fast learner, with an easy going personality who is willing to work in an autonomous role. Key roles and responsibilities are listed below: -Responsible for payroll and its associated functions. -Responsible of accounts both receivable and payable. -Reconcile credit card statements, bank account and petty cash. -Administration assistance to two directors and other employees -Maintain or improve office procedures to ensure smooth running of office. -Transcribing dictation and amending documents. -Reception duties (answer and screen calls, greet visitors, mailing, etc). -Purchase and maintain office equipments, office supplies and staff amenities A high level of proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential and knowledge MYOB and LEAP Legal Accounting software would stand you in good stead.
