My client has built their reputation from the ground up and they are continuing to grow, with a store in every main shopping centre across Australia. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Store Manager you will be responsible for the operation of a mens fashion store from the ground up, you will be reporting to the Area Manager. You will need to have the right approach to motivate your sales team within the store, you will need to have the ability to increase turnover within the store. You will have the ability to ensure that all aspects of the store are Managed

-Merchandising
-Lost Prevention
-Rostering
-KPI's / Store targets
-Presentation
CANDIDATE

As the successful candidate you will be able to identify needs of clients. We are not looking for your average Candidate - Store Manager, we are looking for a HIGH ENERGY SUPERSTAR that has the ability to shine further and beyond and reflect on the other team members within the store, to maximize every part of the business from merchandising, customer satisfaction, stock take and minimizing lost prevention to a minimum.
