A well-recognised global organisation is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Materials Clerk. Working under the guidance of supportive management, daily duties will offer variety and there will never be a dull moment working in this fast-paced environment. Key components of this role include: * Parts tracking and audits including data entry and cost control * Contacting suppliers for quotations and services * Raising of assembly job numbers * Auditing, documenting and reviewing * Tracking of parts inventory and direct purchases * Coordinating parts delivery information * General office duties as required Previous parts administration experience complimented by an understanding of accounts is highly regarded. In addition, this position demands strong organisational skills and attention to detail while working efficiently to deadlines. As the successful candidate, you will possess a high level of numeracy, professional communication skills and sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Pronto experience considered an asset.
