We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to work for a boutique real estate in the Eastern Suburbs. You will have plenty of support and ample opportunity to step up and further develop your career. You will be managing a portfolio of approximately 120 to 160 properties while having a leasing specialist on hand to oversee and tend to all the leasing and advertising duties. They also have a Business Development Manager so you are not expected to generate new business, unless of course you love doing that as well. The team all genuinely get on well together and the Principal is supportive and dynamic.Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to: -Comprehensive management of your own portfolio
-Arrears minimisation, repairs & maintenance
-Ingoing, outgoing, routine inspections & reporting
-Rent reviews
-Maintaining existing client relationships to a very high standard
Being a boutique office, service to clients is paramount. To be considered for this role, you will need to be display the following: -Solid experience as a Property Manager
-Current Certificate of Registration, NSW driver's licence and vehicle
-Outstanding communication and presentation skills
-An outstanding work ethic and positive can-do attitude
