Our client, a market leading Online Searching and Information Services organisation, is expanding and looking to enhance the sales teams nationally with Business Development Managers who are prepared to 'back themselves' and are capable of seeking out and developing new opportunities within the Legal Industry.

In order to secure this position the successful candidate will be a well presented self starter capable of demonstrating a desire to succeed in a Software sales environment.

The key functions of this role will include:

-Contacting existing and prospective clients' with a view to increasing sales across NSW.
-Extensive client visits and client product demonstrations.
-Identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities.
-Post-sales implementation, training and ongoing account management.
-High levels of customer service.
A proven track record within a similar environment with a demonstrable successful sales history is a pre-requisite for this position.

You will:

-Have a strong desire to succeed in a Sales role and develop a career in Business Development.
-Be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly develop strong professional relationships and provide high levels of customer service.
-Possess the ability to exercise flexibility and sound judgement in problem solving and decision making.
-Have the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a small team.
-Be competent and show an aptitude for Information Technology/Software.
-Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with the ability to present clearly to clients'.
-Although not essential previous experience in the Legal or Conveyancing industry would be highly regarded.

The commission structure offered will ensure that your efforts and success will be recognised and rewarded. No cap on commissions and ongoing recognition for revenue generated from your accounts.
