Our highly valued client is an online fuel and lubricant equipment supplier to a broad range of market segments, particularly Mining, Construction, Agriculture, local Councils, and resellers. Supplying meters, hoses, pumps, parts and specialised custom ordered products.
In the role of internal sales you will be responsible for: -Providing first level support to the external sales team -Provide advice and support to customers on a range of products -Servicing a variety of customers in various industries -Maintain and build existing client relationships -Provide quotations and tender documents -Use your abilities to maximize opportunities, promote after sales service, and investigate leads -Ensure pricing structures are followed and compliance is met
To successfully secure the role of internal sales you should ideally possess:
-Previous experience in a relevant industrial industry -Love for Business Development -Previous sales experience -Knowledge in valves, pumps, or hydraulics is highly advantageous -Trade background is highly advantageous -Highly effective communication abilities -Exceptional commitment to customer service -Time management skills and problem solving abilities -Well developed computer skills; primarily Microsoft office
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + superannuation + Bonuses
