-located on Brisbane's East Side -Permanent Position -Starting Salary $37k + Super (Permanent) Our client is a growing national provider whom is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to be based in a modern, forward-thinking company. This position is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Stores Person, ideally with a background in manufacturing to work in a highly professional client-focused organisation. You will be joining a successful team in a proactive and positive environment. This role will provide Warehouse Management that involves improving the overall operation. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager your key responsibilities will include: -Supervise all warehouse logistics functions, including Receiving, Putaway, Pick and Dispatch -Manage all Inventory -Liaise closely with Warehouse Manager regarding the preparation of Inventory for dispatch, eg asset tagging -Perform regular stocktakes and cycle counting -Full responsibility for data accuracy of the Inventory Management System -Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting regarding stock holdings, reserved stock and other requests -Drive continuous improvement To be successful in this role, you will have: -Demonstrated experience in Warehouse operations -Confirmed understanding of OH&S principles -Demonstrated ability to communicate, verbal or written, at all levels -Knowledge of Lin-Four (ERP) -High attention to detail -Proven success in negotiation and problem solving -Ability to work under pressure and produce results -Excellent organisational skills -Forklift licence - Essential The successful candidate will posses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, possess excellent analytical organizational and time management skills, have a dedicated approach to work and the ability to communicate on all levels. You will be solution-oriented, a team player and happy to help your colleagues when required. You will already have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
