To be considered for this role, the ideal applicant must demonstrate - -a proven track record of retail assistant management of a $1.5 mil turnover store ideally within fashion apparel

-a hands on management style and thrive in leading a team by example in the absence of the Store Manager
-strong visual merchandising skills
