- Entry level position into financial services - Richmond location - Monday to Friday - 1pm to 9pm - $40K to $42K + super Are you an out going, friendly individual who enjoys being part of a busy, fast paced team? The role: - Using your exceptional customer service skills to contact valued customer's who have defaulted on their credit card or personal loan payments - Problem solving skills -Negotiating payment arrangements and payment plans, extensions etc - Building long standing relationships with customer's and team member's - Maintaining customer's details and database management To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following: - Minimum 12 months retail/hospitality/customer service experience or Collections/Call centre experience highly desirable
