-Leadership experience in supervising a team of 3 or more people
-Trade qualified Mechanic in the automotive industry
-Well presented and sound communication skills
-Ability to build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
-Current Drivers License
-Preferred however not essential, a RTA Rego ticket
