You will be working in a PURE Agile environment, experience designing user stories and driving Sprints/Iterations is highly desirable. Requirements:
-Minimum 6 months Commercial Ruby/ruby on Rails
-Senior level web and online Java development experience
-Experience designing/developing across 3-tiers
-Any experience leading daily SCRUM/stand-up meetings and planning iterations/sprints highly regarded
-Passion for technology - you keep up with the latest Java/Ruby patterns and frameworks through blogs, user forums and conferences
