Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
-Escalating 2nd level issues
-Demonstrating initiative to resolve the enquiry or find the correct information for the customers
-Logging calls into the system - 40 wpm typing speed requiredEssential experience:
-White and/or brown goods knowledge (i.e audio visual, kitchen appliances, white goods, air conditioners, etc)
-Retail or call centre experience
-Customer service experience
-Problem solving skills
-Interest in technology
