An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a well established commercial construction company. You will be working on a landmark project in Western Victoria valued at $200 million.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
-Progress claim assistance and external variations
-Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
-Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
-Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
-Administer the project HSE system To be considered for this position you will require:
-Experience working on complex Design and Construct Projects, ideally in excess of $50 Million
-Sound knowledge of the Victorian construction market including unions, sub contractors etc
-Strong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least five years at this level)
-Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience About the company
-Established for over 30 years
-Varied and interesting projects (defence, health, aged care, office, industrial, retail, residential, infrastructure) above $20m
