The role:
-Listening through a back log of calls
-Following a customer charter to audit calls
-Discover breaches within the calls
-Making payments to customers where breaches have occurs and promises are not followed
To be considered you must have:
-Previous insurance investigations/auditing experience
-Excellent software proficiency
-The patience to listen through calls on a repetitive basis
-Previous payment experience is highly regarded
