About the Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Not-for-Profit organisation utilising your PA skills. You will be providing support to the Director of Business Development and Infrastructure and managing the funding administration and grant acquittal process. Your days will fly by as you will be involved with: -managing the Director's calendar and appointments including organisation of travel requirements -preparing correspondence, memos and reports -preparing agendas for meetings, collating papers, taking minutes and preparing documents -preparing/reconciling payment slips for invoices on behalf of the Director -assisting with the annual budget process for the region -preparing and tracking reports on behalf of the Director -supervising the BD&I administration assistant -administering the funding contract and annual grant acquittal process -providing ongoing training and mentoring -managing the funding & contracts register -managing the funding contract administration process -managing and responding to direct enquiries from various funding bodies -co-ordinating funding revenue information -managing the the tracking of the organisations funding submissions -maintaining the the records management for archived contracts and general correspondence Plus loads more! About the Requirements To be successful in this role you will need to be self-driven and focused.
