Based in modern offices in Frankston our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a local portfolio of 180 properties with full leasing & administration support.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
-12 months+ Property Management experience
-Professional presentation
-Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
-A proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
-Console experience will be highly regarded As the Property Manager, you will be performing theses duties:
-Managing a portfolio of 180 Properties
-Liaising with tenants/landlords
-Leasing properties
-Attending tribunal
